The butcher block top is 1-3/4" thick, designed to help deaden sound and absorb impact. This workbench features a capacity of 3000 lbs., and its replaceable top is bolted to an all-welded steel frame, which includes corner gussets for additional reinforcement. The 12 gauge half-depth lower shelf is equipped with a 3" high backstop, and the adjustable height ranges from 28" to 42-3/4", allowing for 2" height increments. A louvered panel is attached using a patented no-drill bracket system, and the unit boasts a gray powder-coated finish, making it all-welded and ready for immediate use. The shelf clearance measures 20-3/4", and it includes footpads with a 5/8" anchor hole, along with 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/16" angle legs and brace for added stability.
