The butcher block top is 1-3/4" thick, which helps deaden sound and absorbs impact. This workbench features a 3000 lbs. capacity and a replaceable top that is bolted to an all-welded steel frame, with corner gussets providing additional reinforcement. The 12 gauge half-depth lower shelf includes a 3" high backstop, and the adjustable height ranges from 28" to 42-3/4" in 2" increments. It has a louvered panel attached with a patented no-drill bracket system and a durable gray powder coated finish. The bench is all-welded and ready for immediate use, with a shelf clearance of 20-3/4". Footpads come with a 5/8" anchor hole, and the angle legs and brace measure 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/16".
