The kit includes 4 posts, 5 removable polymer plastic mat shelves with a modular vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, 4 swivel casters, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The polymer mats are easy to remove for cleaning, durable against denting, chipping, rusting, or corrosion, and provide open access on all four sides for superior ventilation, maximizing air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. Shelves adjust easily without tools at 1-inch increments. Nex Gard® antimicrobial agent protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew, preventing odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and supports a total load capacity of 1200 lb.
