NexElite® mobile shelving units feature a polymer removable plastic mat design for easy cleaning and an open construction that maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. The shelves adjust easily without tools in 1" increments and consist of vented open grid polymer mats with a modular design that is smooth and crevice-free. The polymer material resists denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion and offers open access on all four sides for superior ventilation. The unit includes a sturdy frame and posts finished in SC Preferredon®, four posts, three plastic mat shelves, four swivel casters (two with brakes), and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The shelving is treated with NexGard®, an anti-microbial agent that protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew, preventing odors and product degradation. Certified by NSF for wet or dry use, the shelving supports an overall capacity of 1200 lb.
