NexElite® mobile shelving units feature polymer removable plastic mats for easy cleaning and an open design to maximize air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. The shelves easily adjust without tools at 1" increments. The sturdy frame and posts have a SC Preferredon® finish, and the polymer composition shelf mats are modular, allowing for easy removal during cleaning. The vented open grid surface of the mats is smooth and crevice-free, and the polymer material is resistant to denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. The unit is open on all four sides for full access and superior ventilation. Each truck includes 4 posts, 3 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters (2 with brakes), and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The epoxy coating is protected by NexGard®, an antimicrobial agent guarding against bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The shelving unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has a total capacity of 1200 lb.
