SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory with a sturdy frame and posts featuring a SC Preferredon® finish. The kit includes four posts, three polymer removable plastic mat shelves with a modular design for easy cleaning, four swivel casters—two with brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The shelves have a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, made of polymer material that resists denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. The open design on all four sides maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, and shelves adjust easily in 1" increments without tools. The unit incorporates NexGard®, an anti-microbial agent protecting the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew to prevent odors and product degradation. It is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has a 1200 lb overall capacity.
