SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish and include polymer removable plastic mats that are modular and vented with a smooth, crevice-free open grid surface for easy cleaning and maximum air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. The polymer material is resistant to denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. The open design provides access on all four sides and superior ventilation. The unit comes equipped with 4 posts, 5 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters—2 of which have brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure the shelves to the posts. Shelves adjust easily without tools in 1" increments. NexGard®, an anti-microbial agent, protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The shelving is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has a 1200 lb overall capacity.
