SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory with a sturdy frame and posts finished in SC Preferredon®. The kit includes four posts, five polymer removable plastic mat shelves with a modular design for easy removal and cleaning, four swivel casters, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure the shelves to the posts. The shelves feature an open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, providing ventilation and preventing dust accumulation. The polymer material is durable, resistant to denting, chipping, rusting, or corrosion, and the open design allows air and light circulation on all four sides for complete access. Shelves can be adjusted in 1" increments without tools. The shelving unit is protected by Nex Gard®, an antimicrobial agent that preserves the epoxy coating by preventing bacteria, mold, and mildew growth, and it is NSF approved for wet or dry use. The unit has an overall capacity of 1200 lb.
