SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish, designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory. The kit includes 4 posts, 5 polymer removable plastic mat shelves with a modular design for easy cleaning, 4 swivel casters—2 equipped with brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The polymer mats have a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, made of a material that will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode. The open design allows access from all four sides, maximizing air and light circulation and minimizing dust accumulation. Shelves adjust easily without tools at 1" increments. The shelving units are treated with Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent that protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew to prevent odors and product degradation. The units are NSF approved for wet or dry use and have a total capacity of 1200 lb.
