SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish and include polymer removable plastic mats for easy cleaning. The shelves have an open design to maximize air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, with polymer composition shelf mats that are modular and vented with an open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free. The polymer material is resistant to denting, chipping, rusting, or corrosion. The unit is open on all four sides for complete access and superior ventilation. The truck includes 4 posts, 5 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters—2 of which have brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. Nex Gard®, an antimicrobial agent, protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has a 1200 lb overall capacity.
