SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory, featuring a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish. The kit includes 4 posts, 5 polymer removable plastic mat shelves with a modular design for easy cleaning, 4 swivel casters with 2 brakes, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. Shelves have an open grid surface that is smooth, crevice-free, and open on all four sides to maximize air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. The polymer shelf mats are vented and composed of material that will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode, and shelves easily adjust in 1" increments without tools. The unit has a 1200 lb overall capacity and incorporates Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent that protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The shelving is NSF approved for wet or dry use.
