NexElite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish and include polymer removable plastic mats with a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, allowing for easy cleaning. The polymer shelf mats are modular, will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode, and the open design maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. Shelves can be easily adjusted without tools at 1" increments. The truck includes 4 posts, 5 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters (2 with brakes), and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The epoxy coating is protected by Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent guarding against bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. These units are NSF approved for wet or dry use and have a 1200 lb overall capacity.
