SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish and include polymer removable plastic mats that are modular and easy to clean, with a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free. The polymer material resists denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. The open design maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, with access on all four sides for superior ventilation. Shelves adjust easily without tools at 1-inch increments. The unit includes four posts, five plastic mat shelves, four swivel casters—two with brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. NexGard®, an anti-microbial agent, protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The shelving is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has a 1200 lb overall capacity.
