SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory with a sturdy frame and posts finished in SC Preferredon®. The kit includes four posts, five polymer removable plastic mat shelves, four swivel casters—two with brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The polymer shelf mats feature a modular design for easy removal and cleaning, with a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free. The open design on all four sides maximizes air and light circulation, minimizes dust accumulation, and provides complete access and superior ventilation. Shelves adjust easily in 1" increments without tools. The polymer material resists dents, chips, rust, and corrosion. Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent incorporated in the epoxy coating, prevents bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and supports an overall capacity of 1200 lb.
