NexElite® mobile shelving units feature polymer removable plastic mats for easy cleaning and an open design that maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. The shelves can be easily adjusted without tools at 1" increments. These units are constructed with a sturdy frame and posts finished in SC Preferredon® and include polymer composition shelf mats with a modular design that allows for easy removal. The shelf mats have a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, made from polymer material that will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode. The shelving is open on all four sides for complete access and superior ventilation. The unit includes 4 posts, 5 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters—2 of which have brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The epoxy coating is protected by NexGard®, an anti-microbial agent that guards against bacteria, mold, and mildew, preventing odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has an overall capacity of 1200 lb.
