SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units are designed for storing various goods, materials, and inventory, featuring a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish. The kit includes four posts, five polymer composition plastic mat shelves, four swivel casters—two with brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The polymer shelf mats have a modular design for easy removal and cleaning, with a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free. The polymer material resists dents, chips, rust, and corrosion. The open design on all four sides maximizes air and light circulation, minimizes dust accumulation, and provides complete access and superior ventilation. Shelves are easily adjustable at 1" increments without tools. The epoxy coating is protected by Nex Guard®, an antimicrobial agent that prevents bacteria, mold, and mildew which cause odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and supports a 1200 lb overall capacity.
