SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish, designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory. The kit includes four posts, five polymer removable plastic mat shelves with a modular design for easy removal and cleaning, four swivel casters (two with brakes), and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The shelves have a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, made of polymer material that will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode. The open design on all four sides maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, and shelves adjust easily in 1" increments without tools. The unit is protected with Nex Gard®, an antimicrobial agent that safeguards the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew, reducing odors and product degradation. It is NSF approved for wet or dry use and supports an overall capacity of 1200 lb.
