NexElite® mobile shelving units are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory with a sturdy frame and posts finished in SC Preferredon®. The kit includes 4 posts, 3 polymer removable plastic mat shelves with a modular design for easy cleaning, 4 swivel casters (2 with brakes), and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The shelves feature an open grid surface that is smooth, crevice-free, and vented to maximize air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. Shelves adjust easily without tools in 1" increments and are open on all four sides for complete access and superior ventilation. The polymer material is durable and resistant to denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. NexGard®, an anti-microbial agent embedded in the epoxy coating, protects against bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has an overall capacity of 1200 lb.
