NexElite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish and include polymer removable plastic mats designed for easy cleaning. The shelves have an open vented grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, made of polymer material that will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode. The open design on all four sides maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, providing complete access and superior ventilation. The truck includes 4 posts, 5 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters—2 with brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. Shelves can be easily adjusted without tools at 1-inch increments. The epoxy coating is protected by NexGard®, an anti-microbial agent that guards against bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has a 1200 lb overall capacity.
