SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory with a sturdy frame and posts finished in SC Preferredon®. The kit includes 4 posts, 5 polymer removable plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters (2 with brakes), and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The shelves feature a modular polymer composition with a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, allowing easy removal for cleaning; the polymer material resists denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. The open design maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, with shelves that adjust easily in 1-inch increments without tools. The unit is open on all four sides for full access and superior ventilation, incorporating Nex Gard®, an antimicrobial agent that protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew causing odors and product degradation. The shelving is NSF approved for wet or dry use and supports an overall capacity of 1200 lb.
