SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish and include polymer removable plastic mats designed for easy cleaning. The open design maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, with shelves that easily adjust without tools at 1" increments. The polymer composition shelf mats have a modular design with a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free; the polymer material resists denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. The unit is open on all four sides for complete access and superior ventilation. The package includes 4 posts, 5 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. Nex Gard®, an antimicrobial agent, protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The shelving unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has an overall capacity of 1200 lb.
