SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory, featuring a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish. The kit includes 4 posts, 5 removable polymer plastic mat shelves of modular design for easy cleaning, 4 swivel casters, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The shelves have a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, and the open design promotes maximum air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. Shelves easily adjust without tools at 1-inch increments. The polymer material used for the mats is durable, resistant to denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion, and the unit is open on all four sides for complete access and superior ventilation. The epoxy coating incorporates Nex Gard®, an antimicrobial agent that protects against bacteria, mold, and mildew, preventing odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for both wet and dry use and supports an overall capacity of 1200 lbs.
