NexElite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish and include polymer removable plastic mats designed for easy cleaning. The shelves have an open design to maximize air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, with a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free. The polymer material is durable and will not dent, chip, rust, or corrode. The shelves easily adjust without tools at 1" increments. The truck includes 4 posts, 3 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters—2 equipped with brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The epoxy coating contains NexGard®, an antimicrobial agent that protects against bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has a total weight capacity of 1200 lb.
