SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory, featuring a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish. The kit includes 4 posts, 5 polymer removable plastic mat shelves with an open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free for easy cleaning, 4 swivel casters with 2 brakes, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The shelves easily adjust without tools at 1" increments, and the open design maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. The polymer shelf mats are modular and will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode. The unit is open on all four sides for complete access and superior ventilation. Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent, protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The shelving is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has a 1200 lb overall capacity.
