SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish, designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory. The kit includes four posts, three polymer removable plastic mat shelves with a modular design for easy removal and cleaning, four swivel casters—two equipped with brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The shelves have an open grid surface that is smooth, crevice-free, and vented to maximize air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. The open design allows access from all four sides and ensures superior ventilation. Shelves adjust easily without tools in 1" increments. The polymer shelf mats are durable, resistant to denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. The unit is coated with Nexgard®, an antimicrobial agent that protects the epoxy finish from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. This shelving unit is NSF approved for both wet and dry use and supports a total weight capacity of 1200 lb.
