NexElite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts finished in SC Preferredon® with polymer removable plastic mats that allow for easy cleaning. The modular shelf mats have a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, made from polymer material that will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode. The open design on all four sides maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, providing complete access and superior ventilation. Shelves easily adjust without tools at 1" increments. The truck includes 4 posts, 3 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters—2 equipped with brakes—and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. NexGard®, an anti-microbial agent, protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and supports an overall capacity of 1200 lb.
