NexElite® mobile shelving units are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory, featuring a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish. The polymer composition shelf mats are modular and removable for easy cleaning, with a smooth, crevice-free vented open grid surface that is resistant to denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. The unit is open on all four sides for complete access and superior ventilation. The truck includes 4 posts, 5 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters (2 with brakes), and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. Shelves easily adjust without tools at 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The design maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent, protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew, preventing odors and product degradation. The shelving unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has a 1200 lb overall capacity. Polymer removable plastic mats facilitate easy cleaning, and the open design enhances air flow and light penetration.
