NexElite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish, designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory. The kit includes 4 posts, 5 polymer removable plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters with 2 having brakes, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. The polymer composition shelf mats have a modular design with a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, allowing easy removal for cleaning. The open design maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation and provides access on all four sides for superior ventilation. Shelves easily adjust at 1" increments without tools. The polymer material is resistant to denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. The unit includes NexGard®, an anti-microbial agent protecting the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The shelving is NSF approved for wet or dry use and supports an overall capacity of 1200 lb.
