SC Preferredite® mobile shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts finished in SC Preferredon® and include polymer removable plastic mats with a modular design for easy cleaning. The shelves have a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, made from polymer material that will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode. The open design maximizes air and light circulation, minimizes dust accumulation, and provides complete access with ventilation, being open on all four sides. Shelves easily adjust without tools at 1" increments. The unit includes 4 posts, 5 plastic mat shelves, 4 swivel casters with 2 having brakes, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to the posts. Nex Gard®, an antimicrobial agent, protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and has a 1200 lb overall capacity.
