High performance smooth polyester strapping is engineered for demanding strapping applications, providing consistent quality through advanced manufacturing technologies and strict quality standards. The kit includes high-performance polyester strap with features such as split resistance, which prevents nicks or cuts from propagating across the width; high retained tension that allows the strap to be applied tightly—50% tighter than nylon and up to five times tighter than polypropylene; and elongation recovery that enables the strap to stretch under tension while recovering most of the elongation after initial application, ensuring it remains tight during load settlement in transit. Environmentally sound, PAC polyester is easy to recycle and impervious to weather conditions. Unlike steel, PAC high-performance polyester offers "shock reserve," allowing it to absorb stresses during transit while maintaining tightness and reducing recoil injury risks. Additionally, PET coils are half the weight of steel coils, minimizing lifting injury risks, and are naturally UV resistant, ensuring durability without the rust associated with steel.
