High-performance smooth polyester strapping is engineered to deliver a consistent, high-quality product for rigorous strapping applications. The kit includes a range of polyester strap that adheres to rigid quality standards, ensuring reliable performance even in demanding conditions. Key features include split resistance, where small nicks or cuts do not propagate across the width of the strap; high retained tension, allowing the strap to be applied tightly and maintain tension that is 50% tighter than nylon and up to five times tighter than polypropylene; and elongation recovery, which ensures the strap stays tight as loads shrink and settle during transit. The polyester is environmentally sound, being easy to recycle and resistant to weather conditions. Unlike steel strapping, PAC high-performance polyester offers a safer alternative by significantly reducing the risk of recoil injuries and weighing about half as much as steel coils, thereby minimizing potential lifting injuries. Additionally, the strap is weather resistant, as it does not rust and is naturally UV resistant, further enhancing its durability and longevity.
