The N-Ferno® 6475 insulated freezer coveralls are designed for warm, durable, and comfortable protection in cold storage freezer environments. They are constructed from 100% ripstop polyester and feature a water-resistant PU coating, providing resistance against harsh conditions while maintaining movement and dexterity. The coveralls include a zippered chest pocket, two lower oversized exterior pockets, a pen/stylus holder, a mic tab for clipping radios or scanners, and two D-rings for convenient access to keys, ID badges, and glove clips. A snap closure with zippers on each leg facilitates easy wear without removing work boots, while a dual button closure at the pant's bottom allows for an adjustable fit. The design also incorporates a zippered closure with snap storm flap and ribbed knit cuffs to seal out cold air. Reflective piping and hi-vis yellow material enhance visibility and safety for the wearer. Equipped with 200g of 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation, these coveralls provide warmth in extreme temperatures ranging from -10°F to -50°F (-23°C to -46°C). The 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation is 30% thinner than standard poly fill yet offers superior thermal retention and longevity. The performance of the insulation can also be assessed through clo ratings, which measure thermal resistance, ensuring the garment provides effective warmth in cold environments.
