The N-Ferno® 6475 insulated freezer coveralls are constructed from 100% ripstop polyester with a water-resistant PU coating, providing warmth, durability, and comfort in cold storage environments. Key features include a zippered chest pocket, two oversized lower exterior pockets, a pen/stylus holder, a mic tab for clipping radios or scanners, and two D-rings for convenient storage of keys, ID badges, and glove clips. Designed for ease of use, the coveralls have a snap closure with zippers on each leg to facilitate quick removal without taking off work boots, and a dual button closure at the bottom of the pants for an adjustable fit. A zippered closure with a snap storm flap and ribbed knit cuffs effectively seal out cold air, while reflective piping and hi-vis yellow material enhance visibility and safety. The coveralls are insulated with 200g of 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation, capable of trapping heat in extreme cold temperatures ranging from -10°F to -50°F (-23°C to -46°C). The insulation’s design boasts a thinner profile compared to standard poly fill and offers superior thermal retention, prolonging the garment's lifespan. Clo ratings measure insulation performance, highlighting the thermal resistance provided by these coveralls, making them ideal for cold storage facilities and outdoor work in harsh conditions.
