The N-Ferno® 6477 insulated freezer bib overalls are constructed for durability and comfort in cold storage freezer environments, featuring 100% ripstop polyester with a water-resistant PU coating that ensures protection against harsh conditions while allowing for movement and dexterity. The bibs include two oversized side pockets for easy access when wearing gloves and have a snap closure with zippers on each leg for convenient wear without removing work boots. A dual button closure at the bottom offers an adjustable fit to accommodate varying heights, preventing the pants from dragging on the floor. For enhanced comfort, the design incorporates four-way stretch sides and adjustable elastic straps for a custom fit, while reflective piping and hi-vis yellow material improve visibility and safety. The bibs are equipped with 200g of 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation, effective in extreme cold temperatures ranging from -10°F to -50°F (-23°C to -46°C), providing superior warmth due to its thinner profile and higher loft design compared to standard poly fill, which also promotes longer life integrity. The insulation performance is measured by CLO ratings, indicating the insulating ability of the garment, with higher CLO values indicating greater warmth.
