The N-Ferno® 6477 insulated freezer bib overalls are constructed from 100% ripstop polyester featuring a water-resistant PU coating, ensuring durability and warmth in cold storage freezer environments. The bibs are equipped with two oversized side pockets for convenience when wearing gloves, and a snap closure with zippers on each leg allows for easy on and off without the need to remove work boots. A dual button closure at the bottom accommodates height adjustments to prevent dragging. Enhanced comfort is provided by four-way stretch sides and adjustable elastic straps for a custom fit. Safety is prioritized with reflective piping and hi-vis yellow material for visibility. The bibs contain 200g of 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation, offering warmth in extreme conditions ranging from -10°F to -50°F (-23°C to -46°C). This insulation is designed to be 30% thinner than standard poly fill while retaining heat more effectively, leading to increased longevity. The thermal performance of the garment can be evaluated using clo ratings, which measure thermal resistance, indicating that a higher clo value provides greater warmth. These overalls are suitable for use in cold storage facilities and outdoor industries, including construction, mining, hiking, and snowmobiling.
