The N-Ferno® 6477 insulated freezer bib overalls are designed for warmth, durability, and comfort in cold storage freezer environments, constructed from 100% ripstop polyester with a water-resistant PU coating. The bibs feature two oversized side pockets for convenience while wearing gloves, along with a snap closure and zippers on each leg for easy wear without needing to remove work boots. A dual button closure at the bottom ensures an adjustable fit for different heights, preventing the pants from dragging on the floor. For enhanced comfort, the bibs include four-way stretch sides and adjustable elastic straps. Safety is prioritized with reflective piping and hi-vis yellow material. The insulation comprises 200g of 3M™ Thinsulate™, designed to retain heat effectively in extreme cold conditions ranging from -10°F to -50°F (-23°C to -46°C). Thinsulate™ insulation is 30% thinner than standard poly fill yet provides superior thermal retention due to its loft design. The CLO ratings measure the insulation performance, indicating the garment's insulating ability; higher CLO values correlate to increased warmth.
