The N-Ferno® 6477 insulated freezer bib overalls are constructed from 100% ripstop polyester featuring a water-resistant PU coating, ensuring durability and comfort in cold storage freezer environments. These bibs include two oversized side pockets for convenient access while wearing gloves, and a snap closure with zippers on each leg facilitates easy removal and donning without having to take off work boots. Additionally, a dual button closure at the pant’s bottom allows for adjustable fit to cater to varying heights, preventing the pants from dragging on the floor. The four-way stretch sides enhance comfort, while adjustable elastic straps enable a customized fit. For safety, reflective piping and hi-vis yellow material are incorporated to increase visibility. These bibs are equipped with 200g of 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation, providing effective heat retention for extreme cold temperatures ranging from -10°F to -50°F (-23°C to -46°C). The insulation is thinner than standard poly fill, offering greater thermal retention and durability with minimized washing. The performance of the insulation is measured by CLO ratings, with higher values indicating superior thermal resistance and warmth.
