The N-Ferno® 6476 insulated freezer jacket is constructed for warm, durable, and comfortable protection in cold storage freezer environments, making it ideal for workers in cold storage facilities, whether in a cooler or freezer room, as well as outdoor workers in various industries such as construction and mining, or outdoor recreational activities like hiking and snowmobiling. It is made from 100% ripstop polyester and features a water-resistant PU coating that withstands harsh conditions while offering warmth without restricting movement and dexterity. The jacket is designed with 200g of 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation, which effectively traps heat in extreme cold conditions ranging from -10°F to -50°F (-23°C to -46°C), and is 30% thinner compared to standard poly fill, providing higher loft design and greater thermal retention. The N-Ferno® 6476 has a clo rating of 2.59, indicating it maintains warmth for moderate work levels in temperatures as low as -50°F (-46°C) for up to 5 hours, rated up to a full 8-hour workday at -45°F (-43°C). The minimized need for washing helps extend the overall life of this thermal insulated garment.
