The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD Cleanroom Garment System is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing protection against the primary sources of contamination and static: people. The system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for optimal body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. It utilizes seams sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size M, has a reusable and launderable product circularity, and comes in navy blue. It is compliant with ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) and meets the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 for electrostatic control.
