The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel designed specifically for mobile users in controlled environments. This system protects the controlled environment from the primary sources of contamination and static found in cleanrooms: people. The TX4000 garment system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. Additionally, the seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size XS, comes in white, and is reusable/launderable, making it suitable for sustainable practices. It meets ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) and complies with the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.
