The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and electrostatic discharge. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel protects the controlled environment from the primary source of contamination and static: people. The system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for optimal body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. Additionally, seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size S, is reusable and launderable, and comes in a white color. It complies with ISO cleanroom standards, specifically ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements for static control.
