The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against the primary source of contamination and static in cleanrooms: people. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, along with raglan sleeves equipped with ESD knit cuffs for optimal body contact. It includes a military collar and a convenient zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. The seams of the garment are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size L and is reusable/launderable, presented in a navy blue color. It complies with ISO cleanroom standards, specifically ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20.
