The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static, the primary sources of disruption in cleanrooms. This ESD-safe integrated apparel features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, ensuring effective static control. It includes raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. The seams are sewn with conductive threads and equipped with grounding tape, guaranteeing reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size XL and comes in navy blue, offering product circularity as it is reusable and launderable. It meets ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) and complies with the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20.
