The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel designed for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting these environments from contamination and static generated by people. The system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for optimal body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. Additionally, the seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size 4XL and is reusable and launderable, coming in a navy blue color. It complies with ISO 6 (Class 1000) cleanroom standards and meets the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20, further ensuring the protection of sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge.
