Nimbus™ synthetic winch lines serve as a direct replacement for steel winch cables, offering a combination of strength and lightweight design that surpasses steel. These lines are impervious to rust and ice, making them suitable for all weather conditions. Each line features a stainless-steel thimble that provides maximum abrasion protection and allows for a secure connection with metal hooks, ensuring it will not rust or freeze. The synthetic fibers used in Nimbus™ lines have no memory, preventing kinking or the development of flat spots. In the event of an overload break, the line will not whip around dangerously, thereby reducing the risk of potential injuries. Nimbus™ lines come with a red tail that safely indicates the end of the winch line and boast a working load limit (WLL) of 7,400 lbs. All Nimbus™ synthetic winch lines are made in the USA using high-quality HMPE fibers, featuring a weather-resistant and UV-resistant finish to protect against the elements, with a 3:1 design factor.
