Nimbus™ synthetic winch rope extensions are essential for any recovery kit, providing necessary reach beyond what is typically carried on a winch. These extensions are stronger than steel yet extremely lightweight, featuring a stainless-steel thimble for maximum abrasion protection and are impervious to rust and ice, making them suitable for all weather conditions. The Kevlar-protected tail ensures a secure connection to your winch line. The synthetic fibers used in Nimbus™ winch lines have no memory, preventing kinking or the development of flat spots, and if broken by overload, the line will not whip around dangerously, thus minimizing the risk of potential injuries. Each winch line extension is proudly made in the USA and features a 3:1 design factor. The working load limit (WLL) is 7,400 lbs, and the product is designed to be weather-resistant and UV-resistant, enhancing its durability against the elements.
