The Americana® climbing peak helmet features a Mega Ratchet® 4-point suspension system that allows for one-handed adjustment, ensuring ease of use whether or not you are wearing gloves. Weighing only 13 oz., this lightweight helmet provides all-day comfort and is designed with a short peak brim for an enhanced vertical field of view, promoting safety in various environments. It includes a durable 4-point nylon chin strap with woven webbing and slider size adjustments, complemented by a deluxe chin guard. The helmet fits head sizes ranging from 6-1/2 to 8 and boasts a moisture-wicking brow pad that is removable, washable, and replaceable. It is certified to meet the low temperature (LT) option of the Z89.1 standard and includes goggle retaining slots on the suspension. A carton contains 12 helmets, and it is compatible with the I-675R replacement suspension. The helmet meets the SEI certification to CAN/CSA Z94.1-2015 (R2020) Type I Class E & G standards. Additionally, it adheres to various USA standards, including ANSI-ISEA Z89.1:2014 for industrial head protection, Class G and Class E electrical protection protocols, and Type I impact protection specifications, ensuring comprehensive flammability and penetration safety.
