The Zing 7129-USA lockout tool box is designed for on-the-job maintenance and repair operations, featuring a variety of lockout devices. Made from durable, 100% recycled plastic, the tool box provides ample space for extra tools and measures 13"W x 6-1/2"H x 5"D. This kit includes 32 components, all made in the USA, and most devices are UL validated for recycled content, supporting sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. The kit comprises three padlocks (Part # 900KD-RED) with a 1-1/2" shackle, keyed differently with one key per padlock in red, three breaker lockouts (Part # 7110) that fit single, double, and triple pole switches with heights of .3" to .6" and depths of .35" to .44", accommodating one padlock with a shackle diameter up to 9/32". Additionally, it includes one small plug lockout (Part # 7105) for cords up to 1/2" in diameter and plugs measuring 2"W x 3"L, which accommodates up to three padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 9/16"; one large plug lockout (Part # 7100) for cords up to 1-1/4" in diameter and plugs measuring 3"W x 5-1/2"L, also accommodating three padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 9/16"; one small valve lockout (Part # 7103) fitting 1" - 2-1/2" valves, allowing for up to three padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 3/8"; three large steel hasps (Part # 7107) with a 1-1/2" closed hole accommodating up to six padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 3/8"; ten lockout tags (Part # 7010) with a "Do Not Operate" legend that exceed OSHA's pull strength requirement of 50 lb.; and ten cable ties.
