The Americana® climbing wind helmet features the Mega Ratchet® 4-point suspension system, designed for one-handed adjustment, ensuring ease of use even with gloves. Weighing only 13 oz., this lightweight helmet provides all-day comfort while its short peak brim enhances the vertical field of view for improved safety. The helmet includes a durable nylon 4-point chin strap with woven webbing and adjustable sizes along with a deluxe chin guard. It is vented to promote airflow and keep you cool throughout the day. The design accommodates head sizes from 6-1/2 to 8 and includes a removable, washable, and replaceable moisture-wicking brow pad. Certified to meet SEI standards for CAN/CSA Z94.1-2015 (R2020) - Type I Class C, it also complies with ANSI-ISEA Z89.1:2014 for industrial head protection, ensuring impact protection, flammability resistance, and penetration resistance while offering Class C electrical protection. Additionally, it features goggle retaining slots on the suspension and comes with 12 helmets per carton. The helmet is compatible with the I-675R replacement suspension.
