The Zing 7156-USA lockout toolbox is designed to provide a comprehensive set of lockout devices for on-the-job maintenance and repair operations. Constructed from durable, 100% recycled plastic, the toolbox has dimensions of 13"W x 6-1/2"H x 5"D and offers open space to accommodate additional tools. This kit includes a total of 33 components, all made in the USA, which are UL validated for recycled content, supporting sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. The included components are: three red padlocks (Part # 900KD-RED) with a 1-1/2" shackle, keyed differently, each with one key; three breaker lockouts (Part # 7110) that fit single, double, and triple pole switches with heights ranging from .3" to .6" and depths from .35" to .44", accommodating one padlock with a shackle diameter up to 9/32"; one breaker lockout (Part # 7111) for double and triple pole switches with the same size specifications; one standard wall switch lockout; one small plug lockout (Part # 7105) for cords up to 1/2" in diameter and plugs measuring 2"W x 3"L, fitting up to three padlocks with shackles up to 9/16"; one large plug lockout (Part # 7100) for cords up to 1-1/4" in diameter and plugs measuring 3"W x 5-1/2"L, also fitting up to three padlocks with shackles up to 9/16"; three large steel hasps (Part # 7107) with a 1-1/2" closed hole that accommodate up to six padlocks with a shackle diameter of 3/8"; ten lockout tags (Part # 7010) labeled "Do not operate," each with a pull strength of 50 lbs, exceeding OSHA requirements; and ten cable ties.
